Health-Prevention is a fascinating topic, yet admittedly, I am unable to predict the future.
Nor am I able to give a secure guarantee for the future.
I also think that us humans as living beings have a much stronger ability to regenerate and heal,
than that we’re good at maintaining perfect health in the long run.
In addition to this, we are constantly faced with new problems and change.
Especially the ability to change is something that is worth using for ourselves and not against ourselves.
With certain activities and behaviors one can significantly increase the chances to make one’s life healthier and happier
and thus genersate a self-empowered prevention to health and quality of life.
These factors most likely lead to a healthy and fulfilling life:
- Healthy, restful sleep
- Healthy and useful thinking and the associated healthy emotionality
- Customized, individual nutrition
- Physical strength combined with flexibility and mobility
- Joy and creativity
